Reiki Level 1 covers:
You will be introduced to the Reiki Principles, the history of Reiki, the benefits of Reiki and all the many ways in which it can be used (to clear the energy of a home, office, car, your food, water, to raise the vibration of your entire environment!)
If you wish to become a Reiki Practitioner or Teacher, or simply to use this beautiful, profound healing modality on yourself, family and friends, this course is the first step of your journey.
You will:
Receive a powerful Tera Mai Reiki attunement to activate the Reiki energy within you and open your chakras fully
Activate your hand chakras so the Reiki energy will flow freely through them for self healing or healing on others (friends, children, family etc)
Learn the Reiki healing hand positions
Learn to give and recieve a full Reiki healing session
Experience beautiful, relaxing and healing meditations and visualisations to clear away any blocks to your abundance and desires in life
Learn about the chakra system and how to easily balance them for optimum energy & vitality
Learn how to clear, protect and align your energy to a high frequency

*Cora is honorary secretary on the board of the Reiki Federation of Ireland so your certificates will be in accordance with their official regulatory guidelines. Please note you must have completed Level 1 at least six weeks before Level 2 so remember to check your certificate date before signing up.
