Kundalini Activation & Healing Session

This session is designed to gently activate your Kundalini energy - the divine feminine life force that lies coiled, dormant, at the base of your spine (beneath the root chakra). In Sanskrit, Kundalini means “coiled snake,” symbolizing the untapped potential within us all.

This work is for everyone, not just women. We all carry both masculine and feminine energies (yin/yang), and Kundalini activation helps bring these forces into balance and union, creating harmony within.

When awakened, Kundalini energy can lead to profound shifts—spiritual enlightenment, emotional healing, vibrant health, deeper love, boundless joy, and abundance in all areas of life.

Kundalini can be activated through various practices like meditation, breathwork, prayer, yoga, and mantra. In these sessions, I work with a unique symbol I received through divine guidance from Mary Magdalene two years ago.

While there’s a lot of dramatic content online about Kundalini awakenings—intense, overwhelming experiences—my approach is different. This activation is gentle, grounded, and soothing to the nervous system, yet still deeply powerful and transformative.

Wherever you are on your business journey whether you right at the beginning and needing support with mindset, imposter syndrome, getting started with logistical questions like how to set your Reiki room up, how to hold the space and take clients, I can help you! Or if you already have a business and you’d like some support with systems, processes, marketing and attracting your ideal clients. A one off Reiki Business Coaching Session will answer your questions and give you the boost you need to get out there, using your gifts, creating your own income doing something that you love, and doing it confidently with ease and flow, no pushing or forcing energy.
