Reiki Level 1 covers:
You will be introduced to the Reiki Principles, the history of Reiki, the benefits of Reiki and all the many ways in which it can be used (to clear the energy of a home, office, car, your food, water, to raise the vibration of your entire environment!)
If you wish to become a Reiki Practitioner or Teacher, or simply to use this beautiful, profound healing modality on yourself, family and friends, this course is the first step of your journey.
You will leave this very special nourishing weekend course a Reiki Level 1 Practitioner and learn how to give and receive a full Reiki Healing Session.
You are qualified to practise on yourself, family, friends and pets. Using Reiki on your kids is absolutely amazing for their sleep and digestive systems particularly - these topics seem to get the quickest most tangible results!
You will:
Receive a powerful Tera Mai Reiki attunement to activate the Reiki energy within you and open your chakras fully
Activate your hand chakras so the Reiki energy will flow freely through them for self healing or healing on others (friends, children, family etc)
Learn the Reiki healing hand positions
Learn to give and recieve a full Reiki healing session
